My Son and Daughter-in-Law bought me a food dehydrator: Pictures coming soon, meanwhile I found these great 'how to' videos on YouTube.
NOTE: I'm just learning about dehydrating foods for long term storage so I am no expert, I am just sharing what ever info I come across. I can say that I successfully dehydrated celery, zucchini, sliced tomatoes, green peppers and summer squash....so-far-so-good.
