Having just the right spices can almost magically transform a Po Man's soup into a meal fit for a King. Add a chunk of crusty bread and you're in heaven! Here in Pittsburgh we have 'Market District' Giant Eagle. The particular one that I go to sells bulk spices are packaged in little ziplock bags and are priced unbelievable cheap; cheap in comparison to brand labels. Today I stocked up on what I have been needing for some time. Once I got home I dumped them in extra jelly canning jars and labeled them.
